Mocha Chai Latte:

Here is a way to elevate our already delicious Masala Chai Tea to chocoholic heaven.

INGREDIENTS FOR TWO

2 tablespoons of our lose-leaf Masala Chai Tea
1 ½ cups of freshly boiled water
½ cup hot milk
1-tablespoon cocoa
Whipped cream
Some cocoa for dusting
Add sugar as you please

  • 1. Brew the tea for about 4-5 minutes.
    Add milk and cocoa and simmer over low heat for 2-3 minutes.
    2. Pre-warm two medium size café glasses. Pour your Mocha Chai Latte,
    add a dollop of whipped cream and a dusting of cocoa. Serve and enjoy!


 

English Amaretto Tea:

Bring a sweet sting to your cup.

INGREDIENTS FOR TWO

2 tablespoons of our English Breakfast Tea
2 cups of freshly boiled water
4cl Amaretto Liquor
Whipped cream
Add sugar as you please

  • 1. Brew the tea for about 4-5 minutes.
    2. Pre-warm two medium size café glasses. Pour your freshly brewed Tea,
    add 2cl Amaretto into each glass (do not stir) and a dollop of whipped cream. Serve and smile!


 

Cool Station:


Get refreshed and cool off in hot summer days

INGREDIENTS FOR TWO

2 tablespoons of our delicious Ginger & Peach Tea
2 cups of freshly boiled water
Ice cubes
Add sugar as you please

  • 1. Brew the Tea for about 4-5 minutes.
    2. Fill two medium size café glasses with ice cubes. Pour your freshly brewed Tea over the ice cubes, let the brew cool off in the fridge for at least 30 min. Serve and be cool!
